Swedish= Gentler more therapeutic massage treatment. For mental health, help with sleep relieves stress and relaxation purposes, etc.
Thai Yoga = Deep tissue massage. Stretching techniques; For knots, back pain, aches, etc
Deep Tissue massage and identification of injuries to enhance performance and improve recovery = Sports and injury & stretching, therapy massage
All three techniques may also be used in combination on the body to support all of your muscles needs.

CUPPING THERAPY
In modern dry cupping treatments, mechanical cups are applied to the skin and a mechanical pump is used to create suction and pull the skin and underlying tissues into the cup, increasing blood flow, improving circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system.
This technique is commonly used for muscle pain, tension and general detoxification, and as it is non-invasive, it is a widely accepted and safe method that can be applied to various parts of the body, such as the back, shoulders and legs.

Little Miss Guided is open Wednesday to Saturday
Appointments for Men - 9am to 1pm & Appointments for Ladies - 9am-5pm
Salon is open Wednesday through to Saturday.
Sunday & Monday salon is closed.
Tuesday I am attending college, as I am training to teach massage therapy in the future.
🅿️ Parking is free and spaces can be found directly outside of the salon. However, traffic may be congested. Please be mindful not to block any driveways and there is plenty of parking outside.
There is a waiting area inside of the salon. If you are attending with a friend or partner then treatments are separate and taken in turn.
